Special Warranty Deed
This Deed, made this,jhday of 2011, between The Secretary of Housing and
Urban Development of Washington, DC, 20414 party of the first part and
Timothy W. Stewart and Michael J. Stewart
Trustees of the Survivor, Trust
under the Harold P. Stewart 1968 Trust, dated February 13, 1968, as amended
Party(ies) of the second part, whose address is: PO Box 299, Thayne, WY 83127
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm
unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his/her heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real
property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit:
A portion of the NE1 /4SE1 /4 of Section 23, T34N R119W of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and
being a portion of that certain parcel of land contained in Warranty Deed recorded June 18, 1992 in Book
311 PR on page 497 of records of Lincoln County Clerk and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North boundary of the SE1 /4 of said Section 23, said point being 775.50 feet
West of the B.L.M. type monument marking the Northeast corner of the said SE1 /4; thence South 162.00
feet, along the west boundary of said land in Book 311; thence East 142 feet, along that portion of the
North boundary of the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 14, 1997 in Book 396PR on page
8 of records of Lincoln County Clerk, to the West boundary of the land contained in said Book 396;
thence North 162 feet, along that portion of the West boundary of the land contained in Book 396, to the
said North boundary of the SE1 /4 of said Section 23; thence West 142 feet, along said North boundary, of
the said SE1 /4 to the point of beginning.

Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National
Housing Act, as amended (12U.S.C1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act
(42 U.S.C.3531).
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits
thereof, and ail the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first
part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and
appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with
appurtenances, unto Timothy W. Stewart and Michael J. Stewart, Trustees of the Survivor Trust,
under the Harold P. Stewart 1968 Trust, dated February 13, 1968, as amended, the said party(ies) of
the second part, his/her heirs and assigns forever.
Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and right appearing of record;
and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.

And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the
party(ies) of the second part, his /her heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully
claiming or to claim the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to
Warrant and forever defend.
In Witness Whereof, the undersigned, being specifically named pursuant to the delegation of authority
published at 70 F.R.43, 171 (July 26, 2005) as an authorized agent, has set his/her hand seal as a principal
and /or officer of Best Assets, Inc., for and on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development.
