WHEREAS, Clark T. Songer and Alana A. Rohde, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to The Jackson State Bank Trust, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated July 23, 2003 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
August 1, 2003, at Reception No. 892149 in Book 529 at Page 307.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f /k/a Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.

Assignment recorded: August 25, 2003
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 892743 in Book 532 at Page

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f /k/a Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.,
acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise
for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 8, 2011,
at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f /k /a Countrywide
Home Loans, Inc. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the
hereinafter described real property in the sum of $106,914.56, and the said real
property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 8, 2011
"Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale
Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of
the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on February 8, 2011, at Reception Number 957984 in Book
762 at Page 125 and re- recorded April 5, 2011 at Reception Number 958749 in
Book 765 at Page 22;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated May 31, 2011 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on zo 2011, at

WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
