The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. Assignment dated: February 14, 1997 Assignment recorded: March 3, 1997 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 833985 in Book 394 at Page 373 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on January 18, 2011, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, CitiMortgage, Inc., Successor by Merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $100,910.26, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on January 18, 2011 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 18, 2011, at Reception No. 957653 in Book 760 at Page 776; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 18, 2011 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on S, au zo,t 2011, at Reception No. g set 1R9 in Book t olt at Page 4,ZZ, WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit: ShDeed Sheriffs Deed Perry 09- 00518R Page 1 of 2 Part of Section 16, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the NW1 /4SE1/4 of said Section 16 and running thence West 506 feet; thence North 528 feet, more or less, to the South edge of an existing lane as described in Right of Way Easement recorded October 9, 1981 in Book 181 PR on Page 487 of the Official Records of Lincoln County Clerk; thence East 506 feet, more or less to the West boundary of the right of way of the Afton Auburn Road and existing fence line; thence South 528 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
