Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on January 3,
2006, as Instrument No. 914941 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, together with all buildings, improvements, and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.

LARRY R. SHIDELER and SHARON K. SHIDELER, husband and wife, herein
referred to as "Grantors," for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars 10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
have granted, bargained, and sold, and do, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
confirm unto LITTLE CREEK RANCH, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, whose
address is P.O. Box 140036, Boise, Idaho 83714, herein referred to as "Grantee," all of
Grantors' interest in and to the following described real property situated in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Subject to liens, encumbrances, restrictions, and easements of record or appearing on
the premises.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, the reversion and reversions, remainder and
remainders, rents, issues, and profits thereof; and all estate, right, title and interest in and to
the property, as well in law as in equity.
To have and to hold, all and singular the above described premises together with the
appurtenances unto Grantee and its successors and assigns forever.
