WARRANTY DEED
MARK DEARDEN and PAULA DEARDEN, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to MARK A. DEARDEN
and PAULA DEARDEN, as Trustees of the MARK A. DEARDEN AND PAULA DEARDEN
JOINT REVOCABLE TRUST dated July 12, 2011, Grantees, whose address is 1135 Coulson
Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County
and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Lot Eight (8) of Block Six (6), Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in
anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and
rights -of -way of record.
WITNESS our hands this 12th day of July, 2011.
