Corley and Jordon Corley husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties Party(ies) of the second part, whose address is: 510 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 Witnesseth: That the said party of the first party, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and Other Goods and Valuable Considerations to the said party of the first part acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said party(ies) of the second party, his/her heirs and assigns, forever, the following described real property Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming to wit: Lot 3, Block 5 of the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof Also known as: 510 Cedar Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101 Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12U.S.C1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C.3531). Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances, unto Richard W. Corley and Jordon Corley, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, the said party(ies) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns forever. Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions and right appearing of record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show. And the said party of the first part, for himself and his successors, covenants and agrees to and with the party(ies) of the second part, his/her heirs and assigns, against all and every person or person lawfully claiming or to claim the whole or any party thereof, by, through or under the said party of the first part, to Warrant and forever defend.
