Thomas M. Bradley, a single person, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Arnold
Kraus, a married man as his sole and separate property, of 410 Carbon Street,
Kemmerer, WY 83101, GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
A portion of Lot 11 of Block 19 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which lies S18 °25'57 "W, 15.576 feet of the Northwest corner
of Lot 13 of Block 19 to a point on the Easterly boundary said Lot 11 to the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
thence S63 °26'W to the westerly lot line of said Lot 11;
thence southerly along the westerly lot line of said Lot 11 to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 11;
thence easterly along the southerly lot line of said Lot 11 to the intersection of Lots
11 and 13;
thence northerly along the easterly lot line of said Lot 11 to the point of beginning
less and except lands conveyed by Warranty Deed at Book 606, Page 812
A portion of Lot 13 of Block 19 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
:Beginning at a point which lies S18 °25'57 "W, 15.576 feet of the Northwest corner
of Lot 13 of Block 19 to a point on the Easterly boundary of said Lot 11;
thence S18 °25'57 "W, 38.18 feet to THE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence S26 °34'E to the Southerly lot line of said Lot 13;
thence Westerly along the Southerly lot line of said Lot 13 to the intersection of
Lots 11 and 13;
thence N18 °25'57 "E to the point of beginning, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and/or
record.
