for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to James Calvin Pigg, Jr., a single man, party of the first part, and James
Calvin Pigg and Tommie Catherine Pigg, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties,
party of the second part, the party of the first part and the party of the second part to
each own a one half (1 2) undivided interest as tenants in common, GRANTEES, whose
address is Post Office Box 5169, Etna, Wyoming 83118, the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 140 of Nordic Ranches, Division No. 10, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat thereof recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights -of-
way of sight and/ or record.
