PAGE and AMBER L. PAGE, trustees or their successors in trust under the PAGE LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 29, 2008, "Grantee the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15, in Township 31 North of Range 119 West of the 6th P.M. LESS AND EXCEPTING the property described in the Quitclaim Deed recorded May 30, 2002, in Book 490PR, Page 592. Together with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto, subject to: 1) all easements and rights of way of record and legally existing; 2) any prior reservations of oil, gas and minerals in and under said lands; and 3) the reservations and exceptions, if any, contained in the government patent to said land.
