Melanie A. Andrest Holland, formerly known as Melanie A. Andrest,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Paul T. Holland and
Melanie A. Andrest Holland, husband and wife as tenants by the
entireties, of 1676 Troy Court, Kemmerer, WY 83101, GRANTEES, the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 4A of Block 1 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition First Filing to the
City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
