31 North, Range 119 West of the 6 P.M. in Wyoming and running thence West 160 rods; thence North 30 rods; thence
East 16 rods; thence South 30 rods to the place of beginning.
Excepting therefrom: Property described in Warranty Deed recorded November 29, 1988 in Book 267PR, page 428,
Instrument No. 695969 records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
