That LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a Nevada Corporation does hereby certify that the certain
mortgage bearing date 3 day of September 20 10 made and executed by
Steven L. Martin and Lynn D. Martin AS MORTGAGORS to LEISURE VALLEY, INC., a
Nevada Corporation, as MORTGAGEE conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of 12,236.00 Dollars therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
on the 28 day of October 2010, in Book 756 Page 354 Number 956413 of the
Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to -wit:
