The Promissory Note secured by that certain Mortgage dated January 11, 2006 and
recorded January 18, 2006 as Entry No. 915294 in Book 609 of Page 859 in the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming against the real property in Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
"Mortgage having been compromised and as compromised having been paid in full the
Mortgage is hereby released and discharged.
