BLOCK 11 TO THE TOWN OF AFTON, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID BLOCK 11, WHICH IS 20 RODS
WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID BLOCK 11 AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 20 RODS;
THENCE WEST 5 RODS; THENCE NORTH 10 RODS, THENCE EAST 1 ROD, THENCE NORTH 10 RODS,
MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID BLOCK; THENCE EAST 4 RODS, MORE OR
LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

Authority, its successors and or assigns subject however, to all of the agreements, conditions, covenants
