QUITCLAIM DEED
By this instrument, for the consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration,
LAIRD WHIPPLE, a/k/a RAYMOND LAIRD WHIPPLE, SR., and DEE ANN WHIPPLE, husband
and wife as joint tenants, Grantors, do hereby convey the following described real property, and do
hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to RAYMOND LAIRD WHIPPLE, SR. and DEE ANN
WHIPPLE, as Trustees of the LAIRD WHIPPLE, SR. FAMILY TRUST, Grantees, all that real
property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as
follows:
LOT TWENTY -SIX (26) in STAR VALLEY RANCH PLAT ONE (1), Section 24,
Township 35, Range 119, as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all
minerals and rights appertaining thereto.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions of record.
