attached Exhibit prepared by Surveyor Scherbel, Ltd. titled, "Description for Kelly J. Mace
and M. Jean Mace from Lorain J. Bagley and Geraldine R. Bagley Revocable Trust,
dated 22 November 1993 dated 11 July 2011.
This is a boundary adjustment and is to be combined with the and described in
instrument recorded in Book 299PR on page 219 of the Official Records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR, successors and assigns an access for ingress,
egress and utilities more specifically described in attached description.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record
or in use.

That part of the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 17, T31N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 344 of Photostatic Records on page 479,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point identical with the western -most point of that tract of record in said
Office in Book 707 of Photostatic Records on page 647, N77 29' -13 "W, 2224.58 feet,
from the southeast corner of the NE% of said Section 17;
thence S06 00' -10 "E, 200.83 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 707, to a spike
on the centerline of Crow Creek County Road No. 12 -141, at the beginning of a non-
tangent circular curve to the left, whose radius bears S06 00' -10 "E;
thence along said centerline as follows:
southwesterly 150.89 feet, along an arc of said curve, through a central angle of 14
20' 14 with a radius of 603.00 feet, and a chord bearing S76 49' -43 "W, 150.50 feet,
to a spike at Station PT 113 +02.28;
S69 39' -36 "W, 20.38 feet, to a position, and leave said centerline;
thence N00 09' -11 "E, 244.18 feet, along the east line of that tract of record in said Office
