hereby acknowledge, CONVEY (S) AND WARRANT (S) to SILVER STAR
TELEPHONE COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the
benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situated in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
1.
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of-
Way for telecommunications lines and to construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground or exposed telecommunication
facilities, Including above ground pedestals and /or hand holes the grantee may
trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of damage to the utilities.
Grantor reserves the right to use the property subject to the assessment for any
purpose whatsoever which does not interfere with the operation and maintenance
of the underground telecommunication lines and conduit. As a condition of this
easement Grantee she be required to and shall repair or replace items, specifically
including survey monuments, fencing, ditches, and natural areas which it shall
remove, damage or destroy upon the property subject to easement within thirty
clays of the completion of construction

Being a portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 19,T37N,R118W,
more particularly described as follows:
Description of easement A 20' wide utility easement described along
the following center line. Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Alpine
Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 2 Amended 16 Filing, Phase I Final Plat
recorded with the office of Lincoln County Clerk Receiving number
957960, running thence S57d59'27 "W, 136.39 feet; thence S52d45'48 "W,
62.69 feet, thence S52d9'7 "W, 168.96 feet; thence S53d9'8 "W, 147.38
feet; thence S53d40'58"W, 123.04 feet; thence S 10d21' 10 "W, 16.07 feet
to an ending point at HH 546 Airport Dr. on Lakeside View Villas
Condominiums Amended Plat recorded with the office of Lincoln County
Clerk Receiving number 926987.
Easement to include 10' on each side of the described line, together with
all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate
and refill ditches and trenches for the location and repair of said facilities
and to cut, trim, spray herbicides, or remove trees, shrubbery, undergrowth
or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities.
Description of Easement. A.20' utility easement centered on the line
described as follows:

GRANT OF EASEMENT

2. Binding Effect. The terms and conditio of this easement shall be binding
upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, uccessors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
