The Mortgage covers the following described real property located in LINCOLN County, State of Wyoming: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT OF LAND IN LINCOLN COUNTY, STATE OF WYOMING, HEREBY RELEASING AND WAIVING ALL RIGHTS UNDER AND BY VIRTUE OF THE HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION LAWS OF THE STATE, TO -WIT: BEGINNING ONE (1) ROD EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1), OF BLOCK FOURTEEN (14) IN THE AFTON TOWNSITE AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTH TWELVE (12) RODS, THENCE WEST FIVE (5) RODS, THENCE NORTH SIX (6) RODS, THENCE WEST FIVE (5) RODS, THENCE NORTH (6) RODS, THENCE EAST TEN (10) RODS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH WATER RIGHTS AND IMPROVEMENTS. THE LIEN OF THIS MORTGAGE SHALL NOT EXCEED AT ANY ONE TIME $25,000. THE MATURITY DATE OF THIS MORTGAGE SHALL BE 07 31 2036. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect and are legally valid, binding, and enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Mortgage as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
