BAUKNIGHT, as sole owner, 3560 SE Gull Lane, Stuart, Florida 34997, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases, and forever QUITCLAIMS unto CHELSEY A. VOSBURG and CHAD V.
