KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JONI VOSBURG, previously
known as JONI L. BAUKNIGHT, as sole owner, 3560 SE Gull Lane, Stuart, Florida 34997,
GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases,
and forever QUITCLAIMS unto CHELSEY A. VOSBURG and CHAD V. VOSBURG, 3560
SE Gull Lane, Stuart, Florida 34997, GRANTEES, as tenants in common, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim, and demand as she may
have or ought to have in and to all of the following described property situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot Sixty -Seven (67) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Fifteen (15) as platted and
recorded in the official records of the Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions, and
rights of way of record of use.
