consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to Gail O. Harbeck and John S. Harbeck, wife and husband as tenants by
the entireties, GRANTEES, whose address is Post Office Box 5303, Etna, Wyoming
83118, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 2 of the Bressler Family Exempt Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, according to that plat recorded in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on August 3, 2004 as Plat No. 183 -A.

Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
