HEREBY convey and quitclaim to
JAY LELAND SCOTT and MAUREEN LOLA SCOTT, as co- Trustees of THE JAY LELAND SCOTT
AND MAUREEN LOLA SCOTT REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/A dated August 8, 2011,
GRANTEES,
Whose mailing address is 5514 South 150 East, Ogden, Utah 84405;
FOR the sum of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
had paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, all of the following described tract of land in the
County of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming:
STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK Plat One Lot 290 as platted and recorded in the Official
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all minerals rights
appertaining thereto.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
The then acting Trustee has the power and authority to encumber or otherwise to manage and dispose of the
hereinabove described real property; including, but not limited to, the power to convey.
