KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE P~SENTS, That LaDee Bagley and Shannon
Bagley, husband and wife, 4201 West R~s,,~,~ ~enue, 1121, Las Vegas, NV 83110,
grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto LaDell H.
Bagley and Caren C, Bagley, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of
1080 River Road, Heber, UT 84032, all such right, title, interest, prope~y, possession,
claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Beginning at a point on the South boundaw line of Section 10, T31N,
R119W, 6~ P.M., Wyoming, that is 7 rods East of the S ~ corner of said
Section 10, and running thence No~h 13°37.6' East, 500.4 feet, thence Nodh
64o18' East, 106.14 feet, more or less, to the West boundaw line of the Bitter
Creek Road, thence South 41°30' East, 711.50 feet, more or less, along the
West boundaw line of said road, to the South boundaw line of said Section
10, thence West 684.7 feet, more or less, along said South boundaw line, to
the point of beginning.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS'
That part of the SW¼SE¼ of Section 10, T31N, R119W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 112 of Photostatic Records
on pages 330, 333, more particularly described on the attached "Description
for "Oliver A. Bagley Estate - Oliver A. Bagley Estate Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
