KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Janice H. Bagle¥, a single person,
of 21326 Carabela, Mission Viejo, CA 92692, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other gogd and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto LaDell H. Bagley and Caren C. Bagle¥,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 1080 River Road, Heber, UT
84032, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have
or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the, County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, to-wit: ,.,
Beginning at a point on the South boundary line of Section 10, T31N,
R119W, 6'h P.M., Wyoming, that is 7 rods East Of the S ¼ corner of said
Section 10, and running thence North 13037.6' East, 500.4 feet, thence North
64018' East, 106.14 feet, more or less, to the West boundary line of the Bitter
Creek Road, thence South 41°30' East, 711.50 feet, mOre or less, along the
West boundary line of said road, to the South boundary line of said Section
10, thence West 684.7 feet, more or less, along said South boundary line, to
the point of beginning.
ALSO DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
That pad of the SW¼SE¼ of Section 10, T31N, R119Wi Lincoln County,
Wyoming, it being the intent to more correctly deScribe that tract of record in
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 112 of Photostatic Records
on pages 330, 333, more particularly described on the attached "Description
for "Oliver A. Bagley Estate - Oliver A. Bagley Estate Tract".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
