KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Kenneth M. Hokanson, Trustee of the
Kenneth M. Hokanson Revocable Trust dated March 13, 1997 and Anita B. Hokanson, Trustee
of the Anita B. Hokanson Revocable Trust dated March 13, 1997 (hereinafter collectively
"Seller in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10) and of other valuable consideration,
hereby assign and transfer unto Richard E. Becker and Judy K. Becker, Trustees of the Becker
Family Trust dated August 15, 1997, all of Seller's right, title, and interest in and to a certain
Certificate of Sale dated August 2, 2011 and recorded with the Lincoln County Clerk in
Receiving #960319 Book 770 Pages 309 -310, without recourse against the said Seller. Provided,
however, that Seller is retaining unto Seller, its successors and assigns the easements and
reservations set forth on the attached Exhibit A.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Richard E. Becker and Judy K.
Becker, Trustees of the Becker Family Trust dated August 15, 1997, their successors and assigns.
