Rodney and Evalin Putt, husband and wife, of Star'Valley Ranch, Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby convey, grant and release to the Town of Star Valley
Ranch, of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for the of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration, a perpetual water line easement for the installation and
maintance of waterline through a portion of the Grantor(s) property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Document No. 883866, in Book 498, on Page 539, being Lot 72 of
Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, as delineated on the Official Plat recorded with Document No.
476273, Map No. 199, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
located within GLO Lot 1 (NW1 /4NW1/4), of Section 31,1 R118W, of the 6 P.M,
Town of Star Valley Ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming. The Boundary being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the 5 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, along the
front of said Lot 72 and the 10 feet wide Easement for Public and Private Utilities, along
the North side of said Lot 72, all as delineated on said Official Plat,
said Point of Beginning being 10.90 feet S66 °17'03 "W feet from the Northeast corner of
said Lot 72;
thence N53 °55'35 "W 111.92 feet;
thence N55 °14'42 "W 68.51 feet;
thence N44 °17'36 "W 40.60 feet to a Point in the 10 feet wide Easement for Public and
Private Utilities, along the Back side of said Lot 72, all as delineated on said Official Plat;
thence N0 °47'07 "E 27.85 feet to the West end of the 10 feet wide Easement for Public
and Private Utilities, along the North side of said Lot 72;
thence S47 °11'14 "E 238.17 feet, to the Point of Beginning, Encompassing 0.07± Acres
of land.
Grantor(s), for the consideration aforesaid, hereby agree not to construct or maintain any
building or structure of a permanent nature upon the perpetual water line easement
above described.
