WARRANTY DEED
Dick A. Walker, Sally A. Walker, Ted K. Walker and Linda A.
Walker, of Sweetwater County and State of Wyoming, Grantors, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in .hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO Jonathan R. Lamb and
Stephanie J. Lamb, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, whose mailing address is 3678 Sage Lane, Green
River, WY 82935, Grantees, the following described real estate
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lots 14 and 15, Section 19, all in Township 24 North,
Range 115 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Lincoln
County, Wyoming. Now described as Lots 104 and 105 of
the Commissary Ranch, Unit E Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, as said Lots are laid down and
described on the official plat thereof, filed of
record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
together with all appurtenances situate thereon and
appertaining thereto, subject, however, to all
exceptions, reservations, easements and restrictions
of record.
