Brian Hannig and Brianna Diiorio, as joint tenants, GRANTORS,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Kenneth C. Kelley
and Vicki L. Kelley, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties,
of PO Box 3, LaBarge, WY 83123, GRANTEES, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Block D of Riverview Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat
thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of
sight and/or record.
