PAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That'Marcene Jean Madsen, a single person, of P.O. Box 1363, Alton, WY 83110, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto LaDell H. Bagley and Caren C.
