That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of
land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly

at Document No. 939495, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto

and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
