LAINHART, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to the JERRY DELAND LAINHART and LADAWNA L. LAINHART, JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated April 25, 2011, JERRY DELAND LAINHART and LADAWNA L. LAINHART, Trustees, Grantees, the following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: That part of the SW1 /4 of Section 14 and that part of the NW1 /4 of Section 23, T34N R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 23 of Deeds on page 213, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 647 of Photostatic Records on page 353 and all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 656 of Photostatic Records on page 310, it being the intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 656 as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast spike of that tract of record in said Office in Book 314 of Photostatic Records on page 77, on the centerline of Roberts Street, S76 23' -04 "E, 310.11 feet, from the southwest corner of said SW1 /4; thence NO3 07' -36 "W, 142.92 feet, along the east line of said tract in Book 314, to the northeast pipe thereof; thence N89 45' -31 "E, 210.58 feet, to a pipe; thence S00 40' -06 "E, 144.25 feet, to a PK nail on said centerline; thence N89 49' -14 "W, 204.47 feet, along said centerline, to the SPIKE OF BEGINNING; ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.68 acres, more or less; the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, T34N RI 19W, being N00 57' -23 "E; SUBJECT to easements of record; each "corner" found as described in the Corner Record filed or to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County; each "spike" marked by a 3/8" x 12" steel spike referenced by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with 2" aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368 with appropriate details; each "pipe" marked by a 1/2" black iron pipe with a yellow plastic cap inscribed "PE /LS 698 each "PK nail" marked by a 1/4" diameter hardened survey nail inscribed, "P -K" on top; all in acordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled, "PLAT OF TRACTS AND EASEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF THAYNE AND ALLEN DELAND LAINHART AND OLIVIA D.
