Austin and Sherrie D. Austin, Trustees of the Austin Family Trust, dated June 18, 1993, of 339 N. 900 E., Springville, UT 84663, GRANTEES, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit Lot 105 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 18, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight and /or record.
