PURSUANT TO the Notice of Foreclosure and Affidavit of Compliance,
wherein The Bank of Star Valley is the Mortgagee, (hereinafter "Mortgagee and
Sanford L. Saline is the Mortgagor, (hereinafter "Mortgagor the undersigned, as
Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has sold the real estate property hereafter
described, according to law and said Order, at the front entry of the Lincoln
C unty Courthouse in Kemmerer, Wyoming, at 10:00 a.m. onL the day of
2011.
The undersigned does hereby certify that the undersigned sold the real
property described below, after due and legal notice given, to The Bank of Star
Valley, Mortgagee, under the mortgage foreclosed for b 1� L' ,66( the
highest bid at the public auction conducted by the undersigned.
The real estate property sold is situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming and is
more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1 Physical Address is 98 Ponderosa Drive, Star Valley
Ranch, Wyoming, and legally described as:
1) Lot 7, Plat 18, Star Valley Ranch Development, Star Valley Ranch,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on
May 3, 1979 as Instrument No. 523540 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL 2 Physical address for Lot 30, Greys River Village Second
Addition, is 374 Wooden Spur Drive, Alpine, Wyoming, and Lot 31,
Greys River Village Second Addition, is 376 Wooden Spur Drive,
Alpine Wyoming; said lots are legally described as:
2) Lot 30 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of
Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed July
22, 1994 in the Office of the County Clerk as Instrument No.
787017.
3) Lot 31 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of
Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed July
22, 1994 in the Office of the County Clerk as Instrument No.
787017.
The undersigned hereby certifies that the purchaser is entitled to a Sheriffs
deed for the property at the expiration of the statutory period of redemption unless
the property is redeemed prior to that date as provided by law.
