South, Ste. 100, Salt Lake City, UT 84107, acting through its undersigned officer, does hereby
make the following statement of facts:
1. That Nebo II, LLC holds a Mortgage with KSR 1217, LC, dated 12 May 2008 and recorded
30 July 2008 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 701 of Photostatic
Records on page 201, all of the property described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the
plat titled, "ROBINSON MILL, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE SE1 /4NE1 /4 SECTION
10 T35N R119W LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING dated 30 December 2008, as
revised, and recorded concurrently herewith.
2. That the undersigned officer has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this certificate is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar
of said plat had been signed.
