QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Gary C. Jenkins and Roxanne
Jenkins, husband and wife, Grantors, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to Gary C. Jenkins Family Revocable
Trust, dated August 31, 2011, Gary C. Jenkins and Roxanne Jenkins, Trustees, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 18, Smoot, Wyoming 83126 the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit:
Parcel 1
Beginning at a point on the east -west property line approximately 2 rods South of the
North Quarter Corner of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M.,
Wyoming, and running thence from Point (1) North 90 °0' West, 330 feet to point (2),
thence South 0 °0' East 785 feet to point (3), thence North 67 °0' East, 1025 feet to point
(4), thence North 26 °45' West, 307 feet to point (5), thence North 45 °35' West, 181 feet
to point (6), thence North 90 °0' West, 339 feet back to point (1), being a five -sided tract
containing 11.7 acres, including water rights.
Also Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range
118 West, and running thence North 90 °0' West 330 feet, thence South 0 °0' East, 33 feet,
thence South 90 °0' East, 669 feet, thence North 0 °0' West, 33 feet, thence North 90 °0'
West 339 feet to point of beginning. Containing .51 acres more or less.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.

Beginning at a point 40 rods North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4NW1 /4) of Section 19, Township 31 North, Range 118
West, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 50 rods, more or less to a point 70
rods South of the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4), thence East 80
rods, thence North 30 rods, thence East 1245 feet, thence South 40 rods, more or less,
to the North boundary line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
(SE1 /4NW1 /4) of said section, thence West 1245 feet, thence South 40 rods, more or
less, to a point 40 rods North of the South boundary line of said Northwest Quarter,
thence West 80 rods, more or less, to the point of beginning, containing 43.9 acres, more
or less. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.

Lot 17 of the Cottonwood Subdivision, as platted and filed in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of-
way of record or in use.
Parcel 4
Beginning 70.46 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4NE1 /4), Section 31, Township 31 North, Range 118 West of
the 6 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 0 °0' East, 854 feet; thence South 38°11'
East 1070 feet, thence South 88 °55' West, 662 feet to the point of beginning and
containing 7.0 acres.
INCLUDING: Beginning at a point on the center line of Old U.S. Highway 89, South
0 °09' East 351.1 feet, thence South 37 °59' East, 360 feet from the North Quarter Corner
Section 31, Township 31 North, Range 118 West and running thence South 37 °59' East,
482.3 feet, thence Northwesterly around a circular curve a distance of 402.1 feet, thence
South 89 °36.5' West 160 feet to point of beginning and containing 0.68 acres more or
less.
EXCLUDING: Beginning at the centerline of Old U.S. Highway 89, South 0 °9' East,
351.1 feet from the North Quarter Corner Section 31, Township 31 North, Range 118
West and running thence South 37 °59' East, 360.0 feet, thence South 89 °36.5' West,
210.0 feet, thence North 0 °09' West, 285.0 feet to point of beginning and containing 0.68
acres more or less.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Parcel 5
A one -half (50 interest in the following described property:
Lot 2 of Wild Flower Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official
plat No. 198 -B Filed September 26, 2003 as Instrument No. 893865 of the records of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all other
things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights -of -way, reservations and restrictions
now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

With respect to W. S. 34 -2 -122, as amended, Grantor hereby states, represents and warrants
that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 31S day of August, 2011, that
said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument transfers upon said Trustees, all powers
set forth in the Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of the Wyoming Statutes.
