Derk Izatt and Lee Izatt, Husband and Wife,
grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration $10.00 in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby Convey(s)
and Quitclaim(s) To
Glen Nilson and RaeAnn Nilson, Husband and Wife, an undivided 50% interest and
Derk Izatt and Lee Izatt, Husband and Wife, an undivided 50% interest as Tenants in Common
grantee(s), whose address is: 10334 Hidden Oak Drive, Highland, Utah 84003, all interest in the following
described real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
All of that Tract C depicted on that Plat No. 44 -C filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled,
"RAYMOND G. HUMPHREYS PLAT OF TRACTS IN HOMESTEAD ENTRY SURVEY NO. 62 TOWNSHIP
35 NORTH, RANGE 118 WEST LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 18 August 1981, within Homestead
Entry Survey (HES) No. 62 in Township 35 North Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those
tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in book 368 of Photostatic Records on page 262 and in
Book 365 of Photostatic Records on Page 70 more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at Corner No. 1 of said HES No. 62 identical with the Southwest Corner of Section 30, Township 35
North Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
Thence North 00° 10' East 1321. 64 feet along the West line of said HES No. 62 to the South one- sixteenth Corner
for Section 25, Township 35 North Range 119 West, and Section 30, Township 35 North Range 118 West, identical
with the Southwest Corner of that tract of record in said Office in Book 441 of Photostatic Records on Page 641;
Thence North 89° 51.0' East 1323.54 feet, along the North line of said Tract C, identical with the South line of said
Tract in Book 441, in part, to the Northeast Corner of said Tract C;
Thence South 00° 01,7" East 1319.57 feet, along the East line of said Tract C, to the Southeast Corner thereof on
the South line of said HES No. 62;
Thence South 89° 45.7" West, 1328.04 feet, along said South line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING.
