AFFIDAVIT OF VACTION
VACATING THE 60 FEET WIDE RIGHT -OF -WAY EASEMENT

Comes now in accordance with Paragraphs 34 -12 -106 through 34 12 -110
of the Wyoming Statutes 2007, as amended, We the undersigned,
Geoffrey Imlay and Deborah Imlay, whose address is 6721 6150 Road,
Olathe, Colorado 81425, hereby give notice and the desire to Vacate
the 60' Easement, as delineated on the Plat recorded with Receiving
No. 952206, being conveyed to Deborah Imlay as the 60 feet wide
Right -of -Way Easement, with the Quit Claim Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 930684, in Book 663, on Page 492, described as follows:
GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, along
the East line of the above described property, being the East 60.00
feet thereof, being conveyed to Geoffrey Imlay as the 60 feet wide
Right -of -Way Easement, with the Quit Claim Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 930685, in Book 663, on Page 494, described as follows:
GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, the
East line being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of the above described property;
thence N7 29'29 "W, along the West line of the Mignano property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 648, on Page 293, with said
Office, 721.33 feet to the Northwest corner thereof, and being
conveyed to Geoffrey Imlay and Deborah as the 60 feet wide Right -of-
Way Easement, with the Quit Claim Deed recorded with Receiving No.
932160, in Book 668, on Page 836, described as follows: GRANTING and
RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, along the East line
of the above described property, being the East 60.00 feet thereof,
all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The undersigned Affiants, being duly sworn according to law, do
hereby make the following statements of fact and affirm:
1. That Geoffrey Imlay and Deborah Imlay are the current owners
and proprietors of said Easement.
2. That Geoffrey Imlay and Deborah Imlay are the current owners
and proprietors of the properties being affected by said
Easement.

The Affiant hereby Vacate the 60 feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, and
respectively request the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming make the
appropriate annotation on the Plat recorded with Receiving No.
939935, on Map No. 939935, the Quit Claim Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 930685, in Book 663, on Page 494, the Quit Claim Deed
recorded with Receiving No. 930684, in Book 663, on Page 492, and the
Quit Claim Deed recorded with Receiving No. 932160, in Book 668, on
Page 836, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to reflect the Vacation of th 60 feet wide Right -of -Way
Easement.
JURAT
3. That after Vacation, the land previously referred to as the 60
feet wide Right -of -Way Easement, shall revert back to being an
unencumbered part of the Imlay property, as referred to in said
Quit Claim Deeds record with Receiving No.930684 in Book 663,
on Page 492 and with Receiving No.932160 in Book 667, on Page
836, and shall no longer be an asset to the Imlay property, as
referred to in said Quit Claim Deed of record with Receiving
No.930685 in Book 663, on Page 494, all with said Office.
4. That after Vacation there will be no adverse affect to the
surrounding properties.
