November 2, 1994 (the "Mortgagor c/o P.O. Box 5280, Etna, Wyoming 83118 and THE
BANK OF STAR VALLEY, a Wyoming banking corporation, (the "Mortgagee P.O. Box
928, Thayne, Wyoming 83127.
RATIFICATION OF MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor, through a Power of Attorney, has heretofore executed a
Mortgage in favor of Mortgagee on property in Lincoln County, Wyoming as follows:
The Mortgage was executed on August 20, 2009, and was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 27, 2009 in Book 730 beginning at Page
651 as Receiving No. 949132 (the "Mortgage
The property identified in the Mortgage is described as follows:
Lot 202 of Stewart Creek 2nd Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat filed on February 27 ,1998 as Instrument No.
848727 and as Plat No. 275 -A
(the Mortgaged Property and
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor and the Mortgagee desire to ratify the Mortgage.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the benefits to be derived by
the Mortgagor under the Mortgage, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by the Mortgagor, the parties agree as follows:
1. CONFIRMATION OF WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND
COVENANTS. The warranties, representations and covenants of the Mortgagor contained in
the Mortgage are hereby remade by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee, for the benefit of the
Mortgagee, and are in full force and effect as of the date hereof.
2. RATIFICATION OF MORTGAGE. To secure the indebtedness of the
Promissory Note, No. 20101240, dated August 20, 2009 (the "Promissory Note the Mortgagor
has granted, bargained, sold, mortgaged, assigned, transferred and conveyed, and by these
presents does ratify to the Mortgagee, for the benefit of the Mortgagee, the security interest in,
the Mortgaged Property. Mortgagor further ratifies, approves and confirms the Mortgage in
every respect. All liens created by the Mortgage are hereby extended, renewed and carried
forward by this instrument and incorporated herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this instrument to be
effective as of the Effective Date first hereinabove written.
