DOCUMENT NUMBER 431709 AND MAP NUMBER 177, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK,
LINCOLN COUNTY OF WYOMING
Subject, however, to all reservations, covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way and easements
of record, and special assessment districts, if any; taxes for the year 2010 and subsequent years.
Grantor covenants that it is seized and possessed of the said land and has a right to convey it, and
warrants the title against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, and under it, but not
further otherwise.
