QUITCLAIM
THEA SIMPSON, Grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLL,S ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, ~eceipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to TIEA SIgSON, Trustee, or the successors in trust, under
the T~A SIgSON' LIVING TEUST, dated November 9, 2001, grantee of County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, the 'following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by vir[ue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit;
A portion of the SEI/4 of the %1/4 of Section 23, T34N, ~1 lgW, 6~h Principal
Meridian, in or near Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming~ being more pa~icularly
described a~ follows: BEG~N~G at a point in t~e ~outh line of said ~EI/4, said
South line being also the center line of the Bedford ~oad, said point bei~
1409.43 feet East ora brass cap monument marking the center 1/4 Corner of said
Section 23; thence running No~h 281.92 feet to an iron pipe set; thence East
100.00 feet to an iron pipe setl thence South 0°34 ' 07" East 281.93 feet to
~rst said South line; thence X~est, along said South line, 102.80 feet to the
Point of B eginning, containing 0.656 acres of land.
