presents to be signed by its duly authorized officer, the day and years first above written.

corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the state of Wyoming, the GRANTOR,

84010, the GRANTEE, WITNESSETH:
The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS (10.00) in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said Grantees, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel and situated in the County of

Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, according to the Official Plat thereof, together with all improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights of way of record.
