HomeMy WebLinkAbout960960The undersigned, by virtue of a foreclosure by advertisement and sale, as previously published in favor of the Green Tree Servicing LLC., fka Conseco Finance Servicing Corp. as mortgagee and under authority of that Mortgage as recorded on June 22, 2001, in Book 467 Page 184 in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming and Wyo. Stat. 34 -4 -102, I, Shane Johnson, the Sheriff of Lincoln County Wyoming, or his assignee, was directed to sell the property described below, according to law, and to apply the proceeds of the sale to satisfy the debt of 93,476.60 which includes the unpaid principal and accrued but unpaid interest which continues to accrue at the rate of $18.26 per day together with costs of 3,065.63 for a total of $96,542.23. I certify that on September 13, 2011, I sold to the highest bidder at public auction conducted by me at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming, according to law and after due notice as published in the local paper, a paper of general circulation in the County, all of the following real property: That part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 13, T34N R119W of the 6 P.M.,. Lincoln County, Wyoming being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 135PR on page 170, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast spike of said tract on the east line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4, South 544.50 feet from the northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence West 258.00 feet to a point; thence South 338.25 feet to a point; thence East 258.00 feet to a spike on the east line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North 338.25 feet, along said east line, to the spike of beginning together with a security interest in that certain 2001 80' X 28' Fleetwood Homes 4764X Serial No. IDFL104A23820 CM13 Manufactured Home. The sale was conducted according to notice; the highest bidder was the creditor, Green Tree Servicing, LLC., through its agent for the amount of the above stated debt and costs. The sale is subject to redemption within four months, dependent on status as specified in W.S. 1 -18 -103.
