Heiner husband and wife, Grantees, for the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the following described property in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit: A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No. 844259, 000746 In Book 401 PR, on Page 803, and a portion of the Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 935815, in Book 682, on Page 107, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 10, T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the N1/2NW1/4 of said Section 10, said Point of Beginning being 1,124.47 feet S89 °44'47 "E, along said South line, from the Lloyd B. Baker PE /LS 698, 2007 location for the Southwest Corner of said N1/2NW1/4; thence S89 °44'47 "E, continuing along said South line, 366.56 feet to a Point, said Point being 1,163.39 feet N89 °44'47 "W, along said South line, from the Marlowe A.
