R. Heiner, and the survivor(s), as Trustees, as to an undivided one- half interest,
and
the Gwen R. Heiner Trust dated December 3, 2007 with Gwen R. Heiner, Ralph S. Heiner and Dick
R. Heiner, and the survivor(s), as Trustees, as to an undivided one -half interest Grantors, of Bedford,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
hereby Quit Claim to
Dick R. and Diana L. Heiner husband and wife, Grantees,
for the sum of Ten and no /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration the
following described property in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document No.
844259,

In Book 401 PR, on Page 803, and a portion of the Heiner Trust property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Receiving No. 935815, in Book 682, on Page 107, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 10, T33N, R118W, of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the N1/2NW1/4 of said Section 10, said Point of
Beginning being 1,124.47 feet S89 °44'47 "E, along said South line, from the Lloyd B. Baker
PE /LS 698, 2007 location for the Southwest Corner of said N1/2NW1/4;
thence S89 °44'47 "E, continuing along said South line, 366.56 feet to a Point,
said Point being 1,163.39 feet N89 °44'47 "W, along said South line, from the Marlowe A.
Scherbel
PLS 5368, 1999 location for the Southeast Corner of said N1/2NW1/4;
thence S14 °37'02 "W 300.24 feet to a Point in the Northerly Right -of -Way for Bedford
Turnerville
County Road 12 -123, as referred to in the Right -of -Way, recorded with Document No. 229566,
in
Book 24PR, on Page 130, with said Office, being a Point in a 2, 899.43 feet Radius Curve to the
Left, from which the Radius Point bears S16 °30'14 "W;
thence Northwesterly, along said Northerly Right -of -Way, the following:
Northwesterly, along said Curve to the Left, through a Central Angle of 1 °53'12 an arc length
of
95.47 feet, said curve having a chord of N74 °26'22 "W 95.46 feet; and N75°22'58'W 259.65 feet;
thence N14 °37'02 "E, perpendicular to said Northerly Right -of -Way, 207.74 feet, to the Point
Beginning, Encompassing 2.07± Acres of land.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM: The land lying within the bounds of Bedford Turnerville County
Road 12 -123, as referred to in said Right -of -Way.
