SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, an Officer of the United States of America (herein,
"Grantor whose address is Department of Veterans Affairs, Washington, DC 20420, for Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND SPECIALLY WARRANTS to ADAM C. AULLMAN (herein,
"Grantee whose address is 12 Cottonwood Lane, Star Valley Ranch, WY 83127, all of Grantor's interest in and
to the following described real property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:

AND Grantor hereby covenants that Grantor is lawfully seized of an indefeasible estate in fee simple
in and to the premises herein described and has good right and power to convey the same, that the
premises are free from all encumbrances and that Grantor warrants to the Grantee and Grantee's heirs
and assigns, the quiet and peaceably possession of the premises and that Grantor will defend the title
thereto against all persons who may lawfull claim the same by and through Grantor.
Together with all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements thereon, and subject to
taxes for the year in which this deed has been executed and subsequent years and all encumbrances,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, mineral rights and other matters appearing of
record, if any.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this deed this 2nd day of Sept ember 20 11.
