State of, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to wit:

Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements
and rights -of -way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.

County, Wyomhtg, being all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 553 of Photostatic
Records on page 153, and part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in
Book 628 of Photostatic Records on page 526, and part of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 642 of Photostatic Records on page 347, it being the intent to more correctly describe said
tract in Book 642, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said SW/NV.;
thence N00 37'- 40'Ti, 89834 feet, along the west line of said SW'YNE %4, to a point on an existing
east -west fence line;
thence S89 13' -02 "E, 1324.26 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the east line of said
S W'ANEY.;
