County, Wyoming, being all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 553 of Photostatic Records
on page 153, and part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 628
of Photostatic Records on page 526, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 642 of
Photostatic Records on page 347, it being the intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 642,
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW''ANE' /4; thence N00 °37'40" E, 898.34 feet, along the
west line of said SW'/4NE1/4, to a point on an existing east -west fence line; thence S89 °13'02" E,
1324.26 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the east line of said SW'/4NE1/4; thence S00 °33'42" W,
