herein, and the Bank of Star Valley, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, Grantee herein, of
384 Washington St., Afton, Wyoming 83110.
WHEREAS, Sanford L. Saline executed mortgages as mortgagor to the Bank of Star
Valley, a Wyoming State Banking Corporation, as mortgagee to the following real property, to
wit:
PARCEL 1 Mortgage Recorded October 21, 2005, Book 602PR, Page 202
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, in Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming regarding the following real property:
1) Lot 7, Plat 18, Star Valley Ranch Development, Star Valley Ranch,
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed on May 3,
1979 as Instrument No. 523540 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL 2 Mortgage Recorded November 1, 2005, Book 603PR, Page 311
in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, in Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming regarding the following real property:
2) Lot 30 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed July 22, 1994 in
the Office of the County Clerk as Instrument No. 787017.
3) Lot 31 of the Greys River Village Second Addition to the Town of Alpine,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed July 22, 1994 in
the Office of the County Clerk as Instrument No. 787017.
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Notice of Foreclosure, the tracts of land, which were the
subject of said Mortgages were sold at public auction at Kemmerer, Wyoming on thet23 1 day
of ,2011, at 10:00 a.m.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said sale at public auction a Certificate of Purchase was issued
to the purchaser, the grantee herein, and no assignment of that certificate has been made since
that time. The Certificate of Purchase having been recorded in the office of the Lincoln County

NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted and sold
and do hereby convey to the Bank of Star Valley, its heirs and assigns, the following described
real estate and property:
