Trisha Elaine Taggart, who acquired title as Trisha Elaine Tagget, a
single woman as sole owner, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to The Stephen E. and Kathleen B. Jensen Living Trust,
dated September 6, 2002, Stephen E. Jensen and Kathleen B. Jensen,
Trustees, of PO Box 3642, Alpine, WY 83128, GRANTEE, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot Eight (8) of Snake River Junction Townhomes First Filing, recorded
May 28, 2008 at Document Number 939352 in the Office of the Clerk,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, together with all buildings, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to reservations, restrictions, rights -of -way and easements of sight
and/or record.
