That part of the SW1/4NE and that part of the NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 16, T32N R119W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being all of that tract of record in said Office in Book 553 of Photostatic Records
on page 153, and part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 628
of Photostatic Records on page 526, and part of that tract of record in said Office in Book 642 of
Photostatic Records on page 347, it being the intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 642,
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW1/4NE1/4; thence N00 °37'40" E, 898.34 feet, along the
west line of said SW1/4NE /4, to a point on an existing east -west fence line; thence S89 °13'02" E,
1324.26 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the east line of said SW1/4NE1/4; thence S00 °33'42" W,
789.67 feet, along said east line, to the northeast pipe of that tract of record in said Office in Book 251
of Photostatic Records on page 583; thence N89 °35'33" W, 435.60 feet, along the north line of said
tract in Book 251, parallel with the south line of said SW1/4NE /4, to the northwest pipe thereof; thence
S00 °33'42" W, 100.00 feet, along the west line of said tract in Book 251, to the southwest pipe thereof,
on the south line of said SW1/4NE 1 /4; thence continuing S00 °33'42" W, 33.00 feet, to a point; thence
N89 °35'33" W, 889.72 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 553, in part, to the southwest
pipe thereof on the west line of said NW1/4SE 1 /4; thence N00 °37'23" E, 33.00 feet, along the west line
