Foremaster 1984 Trust, dated December 27, 1984, Duane G. Foremaster, Trustee, of 237
Rainbow Drive PMB 13798, Livingston, TX 77399, mortgagee, the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 325 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof
The mortgagor agrees to pay the indebtedness hereby secured.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when the same is
due and payable, default will be cured as per a promissory note signed by both the mortgagors
this date.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of said
state.
