Hunzie, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Liisa Johnson, of 1023 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, GRANTEE, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to -wit: That portion of the Lots Numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in the Block numbered Fifty -one (51) in the Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, as the same appears of record and on file in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for said Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described by metes and bounds as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 7 and running West along the North Boundary line of said Lot 7, a distance of 80 feet; thence South to the South boundary line of said Lot 8 and parallel to the East and West boundary lines of said Lots 7 and 8; thence East a distance of 80 feet along the South boundary line of said Lot 8 to the East boundary line of said Lot 8; thence North along the East boundary line of said Lots 8 and 7 to the place of beginning, all according to the maps and plats of said Second Addition to the Town of Kemmerer now on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex- Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming being a plat of ground 80 feet by 50 feet.
